Elder

Have you ever tried Elderflower Champagne?
It's a lovely, refreshing fizzy summer drink with only the slightest amount of alcohol.
It's also very, very easy to make you'll find the recipe here

Wow what a simple recipe for what sounds like a wonderful champagne!:o) The Elderflower sure is pretty the little white flowers are so dainty and delicate looking. Hi, Elderflower champagne sounds wonderful, very unusual! Yes I have begun Halloween stitching already, I started it a few year ago..lol

I lived in the country with my parents for many years during my childhood and teenage years, but I don't remember my Mum ever making this, even though I remember lots of elderflowers lining the lanes. I don't believe I have ever tried it, maybe now is the time to. x
